HISTORIC HOGEBOOM HOUSE…
on the National Register of Historic Places, is a grand 18th century Georgian home that was extensively renovated, circa 1850, in the then fashionable Greek Revival style. The beautifully restored house has imposing scale and flow with high ceilings, tall windows, and generous spaces with four working fireplaces. The wide center-hall with splendid stair (center right photo) divides the ground floor into east and west rooms with the front and rear rooms on each side separated by large double doors. A gracious dining room (lower right) leads through a butler's pantry to the kitchen wing.
